Mecca Bingo Dundee Playhouse is located in the city centre on Nethergate, next to Meadowside St Paul’s Church. The venue is impossible to miss thanks to the large tower on the top of the building which is a remnant of the clubs past as theatre. Getting here by public transport is easy as practically all of the bus services stop at West Marketgait just outside the entrance. If you drive you will want to head to the Yeaman Shore pay and display behind the venue. At the time of writing parking after 6 is free but double-check this before you arrive.

The club might look small from the outside, but it is actually surprising spacious inside and can accommodate 1600 players at a time! They have daily bingo specials, lots of exciting promotions and of course, plenty of large prizes to give away. All of the bingo games are hosted by the fun and friendly team, plus with a choice of paper or electronic bingo you can play the way that suits you.

If for some reason you tire of bingo you can visit the arcade and play for £500 jackpots on the slots or head to the bar that serves a variety of drinks, snacks and meals including the popular sharing platters for more than reasonable prices.

Opening Hours

The opening hours at Mecca Bingo Playhouse are very easy to remember. The club opens at 11am and closes at 11pm Monday to Friday. On Saturday the venue is open from 9.30am until 11pm whilst Sunday hours are 11.45am to 11pm.

The morning sessions get underway from 11am (10.10am Saturday). Afternoon games start at 12pm. Evening sessions start at 6.20pm daily with mains playing at 7pm.

Prices

Mecca Bingo Dundee Playhouse is a relatively inexpensive club to play at considering the big prizes and city location. Morning prices are great value costing £2.50 – £5. Afternoon games are mostly £2 – £10 apart from the Saturday main which is set at £15. The evening sessions cost £2- £5 with main events priced at £15 Monday to Saturday and £20 on Sunday.

On top of the paper tickets listed above, you can also choose to play the electronic version of the game which is known as Mecca Max. Prices for these packages do tend to vary so it’s always worth checking the official website for the latest e-bingo prices.
